Shinnick Change

It's time to change the way in which you build and manage your relationships with your key stakeholders :
Clients, Management Team, Employees, Suppliers.  Below we have a sample of the facilitated training approaches that we deliver and which will help you gain so much more from your daily interactions

Trusting Relationship

There is a gradient in relationships; affection, respect, Trust.  In our professional relationships, we all strive to achieve Trusted status but it can seem to be a mythical status; something that is talked about but never truly achieved.  It can sometimes be the confidence factor that is missing.

This one-day course is designed to:

  • set a model for being a Trusted Adviser

  • show you practical strategies for building strong client relationships

  • remove the confidence blockers that stall your progress

You will learn to:

  • recognise where you are on the Trust gradient with your clients

  • learn to read communication styles and how to work with them

  • become a Trusted Adviser by action and choice, not by chance

The course is designed for professional staff whose role includes building sustainable relationships with clients and work-providers

The course includes two post-course embedding sessions to review use and progress with the techniques learned.  These sessions can be face-to-face, telephone or skype

Mind Mining

Ask any group of people what is important to them, what is really important to them and you will have a wide ranging list of priorities.  Then wonder why you don't always get to the bottom of a problem or elicit the information that will help you to understand and advise them.

This one-day course is designed to:

  • explain how and why people prioritise

  • how to identify the prioritisation indicators

  • show you routes through these barriers

  • help you map a route to the issues that need to be discussed

You will learn to:

  • recognise conscious and unconscious avoidance and work around it

  • have the confidence to pursue information when it is important

  • get to the crux of the matter and maintain a positive relationship

The course is designed for all levels of professional staff and is best delivered to groups operating within similar professional bands

The course includes two post-course embedding sessions to review use and progress with the techniques learned.  These sessions can be face-to-face, telephone or skype

See yourself...

...as others see you.

How do you carry yourself in meetings?  What messages are you giving when you lead?  Do they differ from the messages that you are intending to deliver?

This half-day course is designed to:

  • make you aware of your professional impact

  • identify the connections between what you are communicating and what people hear

  • provide you with tools to recognise opportunities to modify your approach

  • raise your impact, modify your style without losing authenticity
